The staff here are very hardworking and the rooms are well-kept and comfortable, making it "My place" for future stays.

Stayed here on trip and really enjoyed the double room we booked.

The room and hotel were a lot nicer than I expected not the best possible but still compared to prices in the area and the location it was very good.

The shower didn't continuously produce hot water it went from really hot to really cold. Could use an update.

The hotel had a reasonably priced room with all the necessary supplies. It was in a marvelous and unbeatable location, close to several local restaurants. Additionally, it was near local attractions and Cedar Point, which was just a short drive away from the motel.

Close to the park and good value.

Toilet in the bathroom was loose and we were afraid that it was going to topple over.

Great breakfast options at the lobby. The bed is so comfy, and the room has an awesome view of the harbor and lake 🌅.

We liked the fact that it was close to Cedar Point, good customer service, decent breakfast.

The breakfast here is great with a waffle maker, and the facilities are nice, making for a pleasant stay.

The counter staff, including Mgr Jackie, were extremely kind and accommodating but the housekeeping staff were the worst ever. The cleaning lady reported to the manager that she had serviced our room when in fact she had not serviced it at all. The first day she made up the beds but did not vacuum; the second day she didn't clean at all but she left us three sets of hand towels and face towels only, no bath towels and Mrs Jackie,the manager, offered to clean our room for us late in the evening after we discovered that we had not have room service

See prev comments! I NEVER stayed that didn't clean the room. I paid for 3 rooms and was highly disappointed for spending over $325 per room for 3 nights. I would like to be contacted by corporate officials.

The bed was amazing, and the room was modern and beautifully maintained.

Easy access to cedar point, clean

The walls are not sound proof, if there would have been a loud group of people it can be heard within the room.

Conveniently located near a drug store 🏥 and within easy reach of attractions without dealing with heavy traffic congestion.

In general was not bad , but missing the WI-FI , very very poor which no one can used that . I spoke with the service desk about,but couldn't fixed it. I did not use the WI-FI they had cause did not work either. Nothing else to complain, the other things were good. Thanks. Brian.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect and my room was clean and cozy 🌟 The staff were friendly and paid attention to every detail around the hotel. Plus, the food options were fantastic!

The breakfast was not good - egg disks and sausage that felt like it had bones in it, kids yogurt and hardly any fresh fruit. Pretty uninspired. Also, the toilet in our room dripped all night and the shower didn't work well. The carpet was old and looked like it had cigarette burns in it. The room just seemed dingy...
